Cancellation Policy

Please read the following requirement carefully before booking your appointment. Please arrive with a clean, oil-free, and makeup-free face. If you choose to wax, please do so a week or more before your appointment. If you choose to dermaplane, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. For services outside of Janesville/Beloit, travel fees are calculated at $0.67 per mile, plus any tolls, parking, valet, etc. For services requiring travel beyond 60 miles or with an early start time before 7 A.M., additional lodging expenses may apply. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and a 24-hour notice is required. If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment, full payment will be due.
